• Successful management of the interface between the utility authorities and other stakeholders to ensure program and costs were met.
• Coordinated with Evo Energy and Icon Water to create custom interface technical specifications exclusively for the Light Rail Project.
• Provide technical advice to resolve the remaining elements of the design process and worked closely with the estimators to price the works. LRS2A design packages for utilities impacted including electrical (9), telecommunications (230), Icon Water (41).
• Developed Utilities Strategy Plan and other key inputs into the business case for Canberra Light Rail Stage 2B
