The $6Bn Melrose Park North is a 30-hectare brownfield development in City of Parramatta. The development is adding approximately 6,000 units and retail shopping centre, community spaces and parklands to the previously zoned industrial site.
Involvement
Croí personnel have been engaged as utilities managers. Scope includes:
- End-to-end utility treatment solution to facilitate VPA road works and reticulation works
- Utilities impact assessment
- Design and engineering coordination
- Utility Authority engagement and interface
- Budgeting, procurement, and contracts management
- Delivery and program management
- Project risk management
Key Achievements
- Strategic utility planning to avoid critical asset relocation, resulting in cost and program savings.
- Provided value-engineering solutions, achieving approximately $2 million in cost savings in utility early works.
